Is it in stock?
We only advertise products we normally keep in stock. If your part is in not in stock at the time you place your order, we will let you know as soon as we process the order. We process orders the same working day we receive them. We will refund any order for items not in stock if needed. If you want to be sure before placing the order then contact us to check, or to ask any other questions.
Where do you ship from?
We stock all our parts from our location at The Boat Works marina on the Gold Coast in Australia.
When will I get my part?
We ship the same day we receive the order as long as it is within the time the freight company can collect / handle the order. Parts orders placed by 2.30 pm AEST will normally ship the same day. For manifolds and risers, orders placed after 11:30am AEST will be shipped the next day.
We provide a tracking number for your order when it is shipped if you provide contact email / mobile in your order.
Free Shipping on parts orders in Australia over $99
Where you select Free Freight, your parts will be sent by standard post or other standard delivery service. If time is an issue, select a paid-for service. Australia Post's standard service is normally 5 business days, whereas express post is normally next day to city and surrounds.
Manifolds & Risers do not qualify for free freight. Dangerous goods do not qualify for free freight; they are only permitted to travel by road which does not include express services.
Who do you ship with?
We use Australia Post, TNT, DHL, Couriers Please, Fedex, as well as brokerage services such as Transdirect. We have experience in shipping around Australia and worldwide and will select services we believe operate well for your area or type of goods being sent.
