International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Marine Petrol Parts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary between countries.
If customs charges are refused by the recipient and the shipment is returned, any return freight costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure what charges may apply.
For some countries, customs authorities may require additional information such as a passport number, national identification number, tax identification number, or business registration number before a shipment can be cleared. If required, we will contact you after your order has been placed.
