Waterproof Blue Heat Shrink Butt Connectors | 100 Pack
Protect your electrical joins from moisture, dust, and mechanical strain with this premium 100-pack of Blue Heat Shrink Butt Connectors. Engineered for inline wire splicing, these dual-action connectors accommodate medium-gauge 1.5mm² to 2.5mm² cable sizes (16–14 AWG). They provide a standard physical crimp coupled with an advanced heat-shrinkable insulation sleeve to create a 100% environment-proof seal.
The translucent polyolefin tubing features an internal, heat-activated adhesive glue lining. When heated, the tubing shrinks tightly over the wire jacket while the glue melts and flows, completely encapsulating the joint to lock out water, salt, and corrosion.
Key Features
-
IP67 Waterproof Seal: Heavy-duty, adhesive-lined outer jacket prevents wire corrosion, making it mandatory for marine environments and exposed vehicle wiring.
-
Seamless Copper Barrel: Manufactured from a single piece of high-purity, tin-plated copper to eliminate barrel splitting during crimping, ensuring maximum tensile strength.
-
Translucent Visual Inspection: The semi-transparent sleeve allows you to visually verify that the wire strands are fully inserted and properly crimped before shrinking.
-
Superior Strain Relief: Shrinking the polyolefin jacket directly onto the wire insulation vastly increases resistance to pull-out, vibration, and physical fatigue.
-
Bulk Trade Pack: Supplied in a cost-effective, heavy-duty 100-pack—perfect for marine technicians, auto electricians, and fabrication workshops.
