  • This is a dual purpose Heat Exchanger and oil cooler for the 4.2L diesel for all years the engine was manufactured.
    • This offer includes the heat exchanger, end caps with gaskets and zinc.  
    • This part is made with OEM equivalent materials and is guaranteed for fit and function.
    • This is a drop in replacement.  The part pictured is one that we make. 

 Some details to note:   

  • We have replicated the mounting castings and CNC machine the threaded fittings to assure they fit as with the OEM version of this part. 

  • 5 inch cooling tank with a squared off surge tank as with the OEM.

  • 2.5 inch oil cooler on the bottom with fittings in the proper locations to assure ease of installation.
